Cream or ointment
My son is under physiotherapy for mild facial palsy. Since it needs rubbing or messaging of hands on face sometimes he is getting slight rashes or small dots on his face. What cream or ointment I can apply

Use clean hands if you are massaging facial muscles...proper hygiene will help if other reasons are ruled out

If rubbing or messaging is causing rashes, it is advisable to consider daily moisturizing lotion suitable for children like Cetaphil lotion or coconut oil. These options are perfectly safe.
