Acne, especially pustular and nodular acne, causes damages to dermis of skin and cause pigmentation and scars/pits. Acne needs regular skin care routine along with proper antibiotics, exfoliants to prevent spots. Use gentle cleanser for washing face 2-3 times daily(as harsh cleansing can damage skin and increase infection of acne) Apply moisturizer immediately after washing face, to retain moisture in skin as healthy skin needs it. (Moisture and oily skin is different) After moisturizer, apply sunscreen during day time. Use only NON-COMEDOGENIC sunscreen( as other sunscreen will block follicles and increase acne) Early treatment will always prevent PIGMENTATION and scars.
Next Steps
consult or chat with me online/any dermatologist to get proper prescription for dark spots and also treat acne early to prevent spots in future
Health Tips
wash/change your towel every 2 days. change your pillow cover every 5 days. Do not frequently touch your face with hands. DO NOT SQUEEZE the lesions, as it damages dermis of skin, causing DEEP SCARS AND PIGMENTATION, which is difficult to treat.
