For 2 year old child, 12kg weight is normal. Eating less is normal for his age. No need to get upset about  it. Don't force him to eat. Please meet a child psychologist and child neurologist as he is hyperactive and has temper tantrums. This is a passing phase and he will be fine in a few months.
