Cramps and acidity
I am having cramps in my legs and hands, twitching of muscles in hands and back. Also, I am suffering from gas and acidity. I did ecg and echo which is normal. However, my vitamin b12 is 246.9 and vitamin d is 18.36, calcium and iron are normal. My was suddenly raised to 160/100 around 2 days back however it's normal now. My doctor has suggested tablets for acidity and vitamin injection single dose and tablets. Do I need to do something else as I want a second opinion.

Get ur lipid profile done(if not done yet) . Coniinue ur multi vitamins get ur bp chelked freaquently lower amount of salt,oil and spices in ur food
