Cracking sound in my knees
I hear cracking sound in my knees while bending my knees. Also while running for long time I rarely feel slight pain in the middle area between my knees and foot. My age is 29 years and weight 71 kg and have no history of any issues in my knees. What could be the reason of this cracking sound and how to treat it?

Your knee consists of a number of ligaments which work in interplay to facilitate smooth movement of the knee. The sound may be due to their movement over each other. Unless it is painful or the joint gets swollen  you don't have to worry. If you can , then get a xray done.
