Cracking sound in chest
I have been experiencing this pain for a quite a long period of time. Whenever I exercise, and stretch my body I get a cracking sound in my chest. Sometimes its painful and somtimes it's not. Would definitely like to seek medical treatment.

If you are suffering from chest pain with popping sound,then it might be the case of costochondritis,which is inflammation of cartilage that connects ribs to sternum. Go for an chest X-ray AP view and consult a doctor preferably a pulmonologist...

Hello, You are probably suffering from costo chondritis. I.e. there might be an inflammation of the end of ribs.  Take Rhustox 0/1 thrice daily for 15 days and revert.
Next Steps
Get an xray done of the chest
