Cracked skin
There is very thick, dry and cracked skin on my ankle that has been there for more than 5 months now. No moisturiser helps in anyway and it's becoming very sore and has got bigger and worsened.

A picture of your ankle and proper examination would be needed to properly comment on the recommended treatment as it can be hypertrophic lichen planus, prurigo nodularis, callosoty , or chronic eczema. if you can send a picture and get a private consultation chat that would be nice... otherwise kindly meet a dermatologist in your vicinity and get professionally assessed.
