Crack Sores On Penis - I Recently Started Getting Cracked Sores

I recently started getting cracked sores on penis. It goes when I apply anti-fungal cream. But it shows up again after sometime on even small time erection. I feel tired all the times. I get dot rashes near my joints. There are inflammation near my joints. I always get mushy stool. Please help me to understand what the problem could be.
