My son's is affected with DMD. His cpk level was 23000 ul when checked last month (August). Now this month(September) it is 45000 ul. How so much increased in one month? What wil be the reason? Any big issue? Pls reply

Please see a good paediatric neurologist, ideally someone with specialist interest in DMD or Beckers muscolodystrophy.
If clinically muscle weakness is getting worse, they may consider treatment with steroids or other medication.
