It's safe unless you are allergic to ingredient in vaccine or you have any previous allergic reaction to any vaccine. Just check the vaccine ingredients of the vaccine you are going to have. If you develop any allergic reaction to first dose then you should avoid second dose of same vaccine. . Inform the doctor/nurse giving vaccine. Usually you need to wait in hospital for 30 min for observation just in case of any severe allergic reaction you can get prompt treatment. After that period usually you could have minor allergic reaction which can be treated with medicine
