On oct 4th Monday i took covishield vaccination second dose...on that day i had a fever and pain over my arm...nxt day on Tuesday i had a mild chest pain...tat slightly got reduced today..but now am feeling palpitation...and my heart is beating rapidly...what can i do...is there any home medication...is this normal or ...???
