Post vaccination fever is quite common though persistence of it for more than 3-4 days should be dealt throughout.Consult a physician meanwhile take pcm 650 sos.

Side effects due to vaccination would usually last for 1 or 2 days more than that should be a concern Get rtpcr done Consult For further information
