Typhoid antigen is cross reacting with covid. So if you tested typhoid positive on widal or typhi dot test it might be possible that it was covid which was mis interpreted as typhoid. And since it was just mild covid you didn't get any complications. I would suggest you to get antibody for covid tested. If you have antibody positive then you should postpone vaccination for 3 months as it was covid infection. If antibody is negative then you can go for vaccination any day as your infection was typhoid only. Also if you got typhoid positive on blood culture then that's a sure shot test for typhoid and you can take vaccine.
