Dr i have vaccinated covishield first dose now i am suffering from fever and head ache then i have checked spo2 oxygen level is 99 and heart rate 148 and above, is there any problem what shoud i do iam full of fear

How much is the temperature?
A rise in heart rate can be due to fever, but need a few more details just to be sure.
First of all, dont panic. Having fever and headache are common side effects of covid vaccine.
Take a PCM 650mg tablet 6 hourly apart and take plenty of oral fluids and adequate rest.
