False negative reports have become frequent right now due to the new strains that aren't being detected or even the original strain sometimes not being detected. So one test showed positive and one showed negative. To err on the side of caution please consider the second test as false negative and continue isolation for another 10 days in order to protect your parents and child. Take all the precautions, sanitise frequently and ask them to double mask when they bring you anything Asymptomatic with detection of virus has become more common in the 2nd wave. But need not worry. Just keep a check on your oxygen saturation levels with pulse oxymeter and do breathing exercises everyday. Only if O2 <95% consistently you need to take action Symptomatic treatment and multivitamins are sufficient medications. Eat healthy, less oily food and hydrate well. In case you need a consultation , please do so. Take care, stay safe and don't stress. You'll recover well with just proper precautions !
