My father in law is diabetic and facing Covid symptoms like cough, cold. He is around 58 years old. My mother in law does not have any comorbidity but is facing Covid symptoms like cough, cold, fever. She is around 56 years old. Can you please suggest medicines for them and the proper diet.

1)Get RTPCR Test done
2) Monitor blood sugar
3)Monitor oxygen saturation by pulse oximeter ,it should be above 93%
4) tab dolo for fever ( can be taken every 6 hourly)
5)breathing exercise (take deep breath and try to hold it as much as possible and leave)repeat this 4-5 times every 2 hourly
6)Sleep in prone position (sleep on abdomen) for 30 mins every 2 hourly

Go ahead with rtpcr test, monitor rbs, check spo2 shouldnt be less than 93.4%, tab dolo 650 for fever can be given upto 3 times a day , grinlinctus bm for cough twice daily.

isolate, do breathing exercises, steam inhalation with karvol, practice proning, continue diabetic medicines.
