Asked for Male, 31 Years

I tested covid positive on 30 April and was under isolation. Yesterday I tested covid negative and currently have no symptoms but since yesterday I am having excessive pain in my left forearm. Is this related to covid? Or a cause of worry? Pain is too much, applied pain balm but no relief, should I take a pain killers?

Please consult a Doctor and get a basic ECG done. Most probably, ECG would come normal, but we would be much relaxed. Second likely is Musculoskeletal Pain.
