I tested covid positive on 30 April and was under isolation, I tested negative yesterday and have no symptoms. My oxygen level is 98.
However since yesterday I am feeling pain in my left forearm and BP is slightly elevated 140/95. Is there a cause to worry?

Monitor BP thrice daily for the next 3 days if remains high then start with salt restricted diet and consider medications thereafter.
Pain in forearm seems to be non specific as long as you are not having any other symptoms.
Get an ECG done to rule out any cardiovascular issues.
Also get your lipid profile checked.
