Hi Doctor, My husband is covid positive. His IL6 is high (150 pg/ml), crp- 3.3, d-dimer is 547. He has been given steriods yesterday and day and before yesterday. Today he is feeling shivering. Is it because of steriods?

Please check his BP and also check his temperature , generally if the patient has mixed infection , means , covid plus a secondary infection , this happens, also it is seen in diabetic patients, so just check these prameters
