Hello dr. I m having high pulse rate 125 to 140.fever 99.3. Yesterdat night my heart suddenly beat fast and settled after sometime automatically.i am feeling anxiety also. Please guide ?? Today is 8 th day of onset symptoms.somendr. prescibed me to take dexamythasone 4 mg. Is it the side effect of the medicine ?? Should i continue the medicine
