  4. Covid positive. She require steroid?

CRP value was 60. Today she went for CT scan. The scan is showed mild 7/25. However Corad value shows _ High The SPO2 is 95 Temperature 97 Does she require steroid? Please advice Attaching CT report for reference. Please advice. She is already in medication for Covid.
