Covid for 6 months old
My entire family is tested covid positive.How can we handle 6 months old.does he also gets covid.how can we protect him.

Apart from advises given to you, let the baby with mother. Don’t hand over baby to grandparents as they are high risk for Covid. Baby can transmit infection. Baby usually don’t require specific treatment for Covid

Yes children of that age can be affected with covid as well..get the child tested ...if he s postive u can take care of him...else he needs a non covid care giver..sanitization,N95 mask while handling kid is utmost important...consult doctor if child has symptoms

Strict Respiratory hygiene....Frequent handwashing, use sanitisers, wear proper masks whenever near the kid...sanitise surfaces frequently
