Asked for Female, 35 Years

I have been suffering from mild fever ranging (99- 99.5)since past 12 days. My RTPCR report is negative but my D-dimer report is on higher side 600 ng/ml. Also my CRP is 7.02 mg/L which is on higher side. I have attached my blood report and D-dimer report. I have mentioned my medications in my details. Please guide on what should I do since I am having continuous mild fever.

Covid rtpcr can sometimes give false negative due to the new covid mutant virus strain, continue with the same medications, Follow up after 15 days, Small frequent meals, Increase water intake, Avoid deep fried spicy food, Include fibre in diet, Regular monitor oxygen saturation, immediate hospitalisation if persistent high grade fever and / or breathlessness and / or chest pain and / or oxygen saturation less that 95
