Covid fear
I have body temperature for 99.4 and little body ache for past 2 days No other symptoms. Do I have to take any specific medicine apart from paracetamol (zerodol-p with me currently).

If your COVID report is positive, you don’t have to take any other medications. Maintain social distancing, wear masks, drink hot water and plenty of fluids and take a good diet. Get well soon :)
