Covid doubtful
From morning my right hand is aching a lot and have very mild cold . Do I need to go for covid test if not please suggest why is it paining and any remedy.
I don't have any instances before this is the first time and no other symptoms just little bit of stress.

You should go for covid testing. These might be because of covid infection.
