I had temperature of 98.7 to 99 for past three days and in forth day I have done swab test for covid and got negative results. Still I feel very mild fever . My worry is did I tested corona very early and should wait for another symptoms or what I did was correct and this mild fever will be a different general one. And also I don't have to worried about getting corona virus. Please suggest. Now I am in self quarantine for 14 days.

For now u r doing right thing by being in self quarantine. ..
If u have no contact or travel history...and no other symptoms than feverish feel...u can continue staying at self quarantine with proper hydration
Don't worry about testing...it is only needed if u have symptoms ...
But do practise breathing exercises and try reducing weight...

if u r too worried , u can buy a pulse oximeter for home monitoring of oxygen levels

Wait for a week more. Meanwhile if you develop any symptoms, then go for covid testing again.
In case of corona, what I have seen so far, is, that either it's a high grade fever or it's a "no fever" but other symptoms presentation. So just wait and observe
