Covid day - 15 Help. Oxymeter reading.

Hi sir.. I have procured below medicine for Bhashkar as some were not available and Today his  oxymeter reading stabilised in the range 90-91-92 He has been taking below medicine for 5-6 days now: Today is 15th day after 1st symptom and 6th day of medicine use: L-hist mont paracetamol Dexamethasone ivecmectin zinc chewable tablets pentoprazole zincovit Now after medicine use and on his 15-16th day after first day of symptom on night of 26th april- His symptoms are: Little chest congestion heavy headness pulse -66 to 70 no Fever oxymeter reading is around 91-90-92 2 days back , oxygen level was 95 as well in the morning time i.e on 8th May 2021. Can you please suggest if this is normal after medicine or is there any sign to take any measures please?? any change is needed in medicine please? what should he normally take as food and routine .. how long will it take to get normal oxymeter reading..
