We are increasingly seeing newer strains of covid 19 with double mutations and now even triple mutation. Hence the immunity from your previous Infections may not last for more than 3 months . But we r also seeing cases of reinfection happening within 2 months and sometimes even 3rd time ! ( But the rate of reinfection is low and it mainly seen  in immunocompramised patients and with those with comorbidities. Those who r not affected with covid yet shud definitely get vaccinated but those who were tested positive recently or those who just recovered from infection vaccine not needed .
