IgG antibody is positive. That means you have developed immunity to the COVID 19 virus. As this is a new virus we are not sure how long the immunity lasts. I will advise to continue safety precautions like using masks, hand washing and social distancing as the virus is still in the community. If you have any symptoms advice to contact nearest health care facility or to consult online.
Thanks.
Next Steps
If any symptoms consult. Otherwise continue healthy diet and safety precautions to prevent future infections.

As per the report , you are immune to covid-19 ( May be some strain)
No need to take any medication now .
Chance of reinfection might be there in near future not immediately.
