Could not meet success with conception
Am 30 years old .I was diagonised with thyroid and pcod in 2012. I am taking glycomet 500 mg twice a day along with my thyroid medicine. I got married in 2014 and Last year I went to gynaec since I didnt get my periods for 2 months. She gave tablets to induce periods after checking for pregnancy. since then my periods have been pretty regular 32-33 days every month. But I did not meet success with conception until now.Again my period got missed for last 2 months and home test is a negative. Not sure how to proceed further..

It seems that you are again facing hormonal imbalance issues and probably your PCOD has relapsed. All PCOD pts do not have persistent anovulation; they can have occasional ovulatory cycles and you may conceive naturally.
Next Steps
Have Ovulation Tracking done and to check the status of your ovulation. Pts with minor hormonal imbalance issues have a high chance of conceiving with basic treatment modalities like Ovulation Induction with/without IUI.
