Could not able to speak.
Could not able to speak due to throat infection. last week i have travelled to my native from then there was little cold so i have gone to near by doctor and he has given some injection from that time throat has been gone and he told throat infection.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You can do warm salt water gargles thrice a day. Avoid oily and spicy foods.
If it still persists, then get it checked out by a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
