So many questions running on my mind who I'm why I'm l living in this world and what I'm doing right now like tat it makes anxiety and feeling worst like anything kindly help me

It looks like there is some trigger in the subconscious mind that is on because of which you are feeling lost and wondering about the larger questions about life and beyond.
