Could it be an STI/STD
40 year old male here. Recently I had unprotected sex for a few seconds with a lady and then used a condom. After 3 weeks I noticed a boil on my penis shaft. I should have left it alone. But I tried to press it out. Also, applied candid b cream on the area and also undiluted Dettol on the area. The very next day I noticed skin burn scabs in the area where I had applied Dettol and candid cream. The boil has now become a hard pimple kind and the area where I noted the skin burn is still red but has healed. There is no pain now. I am worried if it is sti or std. I have no other symptoms like Blister formation, fever, or discharge. No burning during urination as well. But , I am really worried about this. Should I be concerned . As I have had shingles in the past, I know exactly how the pain is and how the blisters are formed. Could this still be genital herpes or any other infection I have developed? Pls reply. I am worried and anxiety is taking a toll on me
