Could I have an STI? Or something else

Asked for Male, 32 Years

About three weeks ago after having sex with my partner. Who was HIV tested, and negative. I started to experience some flu like symptoms. And some muscle ache. Both symptoms have cleared up since then. I have no rashes or sores. And have no problem peeing. However, I’ve been dealing with redness in the eyes. Strawberry tongue, and some mild skin irritation and itching. Also some small red bumps
