Am I safe or have hiv, sti , std?
Hello, I had unprotected anal sex with 2 fresh people(who never had sex before) 6 years ago , I never went for any test for Std Sti or Hiv, till 2-3 years I did not get any symptoms of Hiv, but in 2019 I got cough abdominal right side pain I went for usg it was Right Para arothic lymphadenopathy, cbc n cuc was normal TB was also normal, esr was 22. Platelets were adequate. Later eating prescribed tablets no abnormal sonography found on 2nd usg. Is there connection in hiv with right paraaorhic lymphnedenopathy? Later I was covid positive in 2022 from there I am having mild testicle pain in right side and groin pain as well like pressing something I found some extra thickness as veins in right testicle I get pain or burning after ejaculation n urine sometimes but not always, now im getting same pain in right lower abdomen like 2019 till now I never tested for any sti std hiv test and I have white glans on penis pic attached do i am hiv or std patient? By my history pls m confused 6 yr ag
