Coughing problem
Hi! I am having coughing problem from 4-5 days. It gets very severe sometimes. I took benadryl also but it didn't help. I am not always coughing but sometimes it's too much. And it's dry cough. I feel like it gets severe after I eat something. Please help. Thanks.

1.Tab Pan 40 mg twice daily before meals.   2.Tab Augmentin 625 mg thrice daily after meals. 3.Tab Allegra M once at night after meals. 4.Syrup Alex 10 ml thrice daily. 5.Tab Dolo 650 mg as needed for fever and pain after meals. 6.Rest 7. Warm saline Gargles thrice daily 8. Steam inhalation thrice daily. 9. Alex Logenges thrice daily ( Chew or lick ). 10. Tab Limcee 500 mg twice daily. 11. Follow for 5 days and if still not cured, follow up. All the best.

From your limited information,the reason for your cough could be Allergic cough , Acidity problem.There r other reasons of cough also. Take the following tab.If cough doesn't subside after medication, Consult Gen Physician/Pulmonologist. Tab Xyzal-M once daily before dinner for 10 days. Tab Razo-D twice daily before food for 7 days Syr Reswas 10 ml thrice daily after food for 5 days.
