Dear mam, When you laugh hardly there is a chance of aspiration of some salivary secretion into the wind pipe. That's quite common. Nothing to worry about it. It has no relation to dispnoea on exertion. Yet, dispnoea itself needs to be investigated. Kindly visit a general physician for detailed examination. Hope this helps. Regards.
