Hi, My son is 2 years 4 months, he is suffering from cough from past few days. Can you please suggest medicine. Do I need to give antibiotics

Antibiotics are usually not needed for cough only. Give syrup Prospan 5ml thrice a day for 5 days. Give steam inhalation, warm water to drink with honey, soup,  add haldi in food or if giving milk
