Cough with chest pain and appetite issue
Cough, chest pain while coughing, appetite issues and don't have taste. I am drinking only hot water, milk and tea. Eating curd rice and fruit bowl for stomach issue. There is no change. Any recommendations?

Don't take hot water ever, And milk and milk products for some month...take fibres as 2tsp ispaghula husk with one glass of regular water every night and after small lunch everyday. Reduce tea and coffee as far as possible. Don't take mithai, sweets and fried stuffs. Take pillows in your back sleeping at night. Continue these measures your 50% symptoms will be reduced without medication. Visit nearby clinic if required.
