My daughter is 8.5 month old. From last 3 days she is suffering from cough, running nose and mild fever. A doctor prescribed azithromycin one time, paracetamol syrup and cough syrup. We are giving her and day before yesterday but no improvement notice. Also sometimes when we give solid food she vomits but not always. Please suggest what should we do. And should we give her to eat so that she can eat comfortably.

It is viral infection most likely.
After food she might have continuous cough followed by vomiting.
So Encourage more liquids, avoid late night meals.
As viral load will decrease, cough will decrease.
If fever continues for more than 3 days, then take a consult.
