Cough since last 3 months
My sister has coughs since last 3 months, it reduces and comes back again. She has lost weight than what she was before. Whenever she coughs there is pain in her chest. She has alao loat appetite. Bitter taste in her mouth One of the general physician has recommended her to take x ray of chest. What could be the problem? Please advise.

The first thing which should be done is an X-ray chest . All these symptoms can be due to various causes . An X-ray chest is a good investigation to start with .

Hi. I understand your concern s. She will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like chest x ray and pulmonary function test. Consult a pulmonologist for the same at the earliest
