Cough problem
I have soo much of cough since 4-5 months and it been stuck at heart to throat and I feel soo much of severe chest pain and throat problem I didn't speak properly also due to that cough. I drunk soo much of cough syrups and took antibiotics also but there is no use. What can I do please tell me.

Is it a dry cough? Or is it associated with sputum/phlegm. If it’s dry it’s probably a posterior laryngitis caused by a silent acid reflux. You can start 1.Tab Rab 4 U/ Rabeprazole 40mg once in the morning in empty stomach. For 15 days 2. Alex lozenges to chew thrice a day for 7 days. 3. Tab Montek LC once at night for 4 days
Next Steps
Avoid spicy&fried food/ excess tea/coffee/alcohol/smoking. Drink frequent sips of water(every hourly)
