I am suffering from cough problem from last 20 days & also there is pain my throat. Please suggest me for the best medicine.

Need physical check up to find out the cause of cough.. throat pain may be due to constant cough...for symptomatic relief you can take cough syrup...but proper assessment visit an ENT specialist...
