Hello sir my baby is 4 and half year old. 3 din pehle usko fever tha usko goodcef 100 aur paracef 250 medicine diya . Fever ab nahi h . Bur khansi aur cough bohat h. Aaj dr ko dikhaya dr medicine diye h 1. Macphyllin 100 syrup 2. Omnacortil fort syrup 2. Coofar PD syrup. Ye medicine safe h na de sakte h ya nahi please reply

Avois streroids as gor as possible.I will notprescribe any drug. I advise Indian herbs, which have been popular through out world.it is called Kadda. 150ml of water+ crushed ginger+3-4 whole black pepper+ jagery a small pice+elachi small quality a few seeds . Boil the conctuon till water reduced to to 100ml .cool it abd feed a slightly hot . Feed 2- 2 times a day.ake fresh every time.
