Has cough from one week and little sneezing given tuspel 5ml still not relieved suggest better cough syrup

This cough and sneezing is likely due to viral infection. It may last for 2 weeks. Just changing cough syrup is not going to solve the problem. Please consult a pediatrician directly for prescription
