  3. Cough from 1 month. I have chance of tb?

I have cough from one month some time blood also comes with cough.. sputum test is negative.. in x-ray it's showing hilar prominens .. doctor send a sample for CBNAAT. If CBNAAT will be negative .. did still I have chance of TB ????
