Hi , went through a chest xray. And it reports following. Can you advise the indicative issues and next steps. Many thanks in advance. +++++++++ Trachea is centrally placed. Bony cage is normal. Heart shadow is normal in shape, size and position. Both domes of diaphragm are of normal contour. Both costo and cardiophranic angles are clear on both sides. Broncho-vascular markings are prominent in both the lung fields with right hiler enlargement along with hazness in the left lower lobe Adv. T.L.C, D.L.C, E.S.R, & sputum exami. C.T. Scan Chest

You have not mentioned your symptoms and why CT chest was done. The findings on CT chest suggest infection which needs further evaluation especially to rule out tuberculosis. So consult a pulmonologist
