From yesterday I'm experiencing cold and cpugh and my whole body is filled with some kind of rashes.

You seem to be having a viral rash. Don’t worry. It will automatically clear in a few days once your infection subsides. If you are having itching then you can consult a dermatologist who can prescribe you some medications.
