Cough cold fever and sneezing from last 3 days. fever has recovered but cough has still not recovered

If mild,just give steam inhalations 4-5 times a day,use decongestant nasal drops for nasal block,and paracetamol for fever. If severe OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness,consult your paediatrician asap.
