  4. Cough, cold and flu. Will save my time.

Hello, I often get cough, cold and flu. Because of it, I always have fever, body pain, sore throat, headache. It makes me always to visit a doctor. My doctor says that it is only the viral and seasonal flu. Please advice any best over the counter option so that it will save my time. Thanks!
